Expressions of Art + Hope: Wire Wrapped Jewelry

Expressions of Art + Hope: Wire Wrapped Jewelry

Program Description

Explore your voice through creative expression! Expressions of Art and Hope is a series of free art classes for individuals living with and beyond cancer. All participants must register individually. Classes take place at the LUX Center for the Arts.

Masks will be required for all classes until further notice. Also, our classrooms are too small to have our normal 12 students in class while being physically distant so we are offering two sessions each month with the same project and a maximum of 6 students per class – every 2nd and 4th Monday evening of the month.

Learn to make wire wrapped rings and pendants! Copper, brass, and nickel silver wire will be provided. We will have a variety of beads to pick from but you are welcome to bring your own as well.

**COVID-19 Update** At this time we are planning on COVID still being an issue in our community this summer. Masks are still required for staff and students. Staff will be sanitizing all tools, materials, and facilities before and after each class. We will notify participants of any changes regarding class size or mask requirements.
