In this drop-in class for young artists age 10-15, LUX Teaching Artists will provide instruction and inspiration as youth learn the basics of the pottery wheel! Participants are welcome to come every week, and MUST ATTEND AT LEAST 2 WEEKS TO HAVE WORK FIRED!

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

- This class accomodates a range of ages (10-15).

- Parents/guardians MUST be reachable in case of emergencies.

- Class capacity is 8 participants, so on-site registration is subject to seat availability. Pre-registration is encouraged due to space limitations, but not required.

- The activity cost is per child per class.

- If registering on site, please use your mobile device or an iPad will be available in the Ceramics Center for those who wish to register on site.

-  Participants must come to at least 2 sessions to have work clear glazed and fired by instructor.  Pieces will be ready for pick up 2 weeks after the last week of the session.

All materials and firing (for those attending at least 2 classes) will be provided. This class is for young people ages 10-15.
