Youth Fiber Arts Camp
In this creative camp for youth, ages 9–11, students will explore the colorful world of fabric art using materials such as fabric, yarn, beads, and paper. Campers will learn a variety of textile-inspired art techniques—like weaving, stitching, layering, and collage—to create unique mixed-media artworks that celebrate texture and design.This camp is perfect for young artists who love experimenting with new materials and combining colors, patterns, and textures to bring their ideas to life! All materials provided.
LUX camps are offered for kindergarten graduates through students who are 15 years old. All campers must have completed kindergarten (no exceptions) prior to attending camp and must have basic classroom skills. Students must be at least 9 years old to learn the pottery wheel and age 10 is even better, as the person throwing must be physically large enough to push the clay around. Please select camps based on your child's current age. Kids - Age 5-8 (must have completed Kindergarten), Youth - Age 9-11, and Teens - Age 12-15.
Pre-registration required.
Pick up begins at 4:25pm.
