LUX Center for the Arts is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  The mission of LUX Center for the Arts is to enhance the lives of a diverse public through the visual arts by providing exceptional learning opportunities in contemporary art, craft, and design. These opportunities, honoring the legacy of arts educator Gladys M. Lux, include art classes, residency programs, gallery exhibitions, and community outreach.

VOLUNTEER AT THE LUX

Internships are offered each semester and over the summer. Applications always accepted. 
INTERNSHIPS

1 to 2 year - teaching positions with private studio space, stipend, and exhibition opportunities.Applications are due annually in early April. 
ARTIST IN RESIDENCE 


Volunteer hours in exchange for studio access. Applications always accepted. 
ARTIST FELLOWSHIP


Details on the cost to fire our kilns and use the studios in our Ceramics Center.
