Teri Beem joined the LUX team in September 2023 after nearly 30 years in the Early Childhood Education and Care field. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in education (elementary and special education). Teri spent over 20 years with a non-profit childcare center and preschool, serving in administration and as the bookkeeper. She has a dedication to children and families and joining the LUX team suits that well. Teri believes that the arts are of the utmost importance and need to be recognized as such. She is proud to be with an organization that supports and promotes this fact.
