Plein Air Drawing Workshop
Plein Air Drawing Workshop
En plein air is a French expression meaning “in the open air,” and refers to the act of painting outdoors with the artist's subject in full view. In this drop-in workshop, participants will be introduced to landscape drawing and flora/fauna drawing en plain air using various pens, brush pens, graphite pencils, etc.
On designated Saturday mornings, the workshop will meet at an outdoor location to draw en plein air. Participants must either walk to, or provide transportation to, the location and should bring a folding chair. All materials will be provided. This class is for adults 16+.
