Create your own tiny handmade spellbooks while learning the fundamentals of bookbinding in a single workshop. Students will be introduced to the entire bookbinding process, from folding pages and preparing signatures to sewing decorative bindings and assembling finished books. To make the process approachable in one session, materials will be prepared ahead of time, allowing more time to focus on the creative aspects of binding and design. Using leather or thick fabric covers, participants will complete one or more miniature books while experimenting with Long Stitch and Dash & Bars sewing patterns to create unique spine designs. Whether inspired by fantasy, folklore, or your own imagination, you'll leave with handcrafted books ready to fill with sketches, notes, spells, or stories. No experience necessary. All materials are provided. This class is for adults ages 16+.

NOTE: An art class or workshop running is contingent on a minimum of 3 participants being enrolled 48 hours prior to the scheduled class/workshop.
