In this 3-week class, LUX Teaching Artists will provide instruction and inspiration as participants learn the basics of the pottery wheel. Projects may include bowls, mugs, and vases. Projects will be thrown during the first two class sessions and glazed by participants during the third class. Projects will be ready for pick up 2 weeks after the class ends. Please wear clothing and shoes that can get messy. All materials and firing provided. This class is for Youth ages 9-11 and Teens age 12-15.

NOTE: An art class or workshop running is contingent on a minimum of 3 participants enrolled 48 hours prior to the scheduled class/workshop. Cancellation notices will be emailed, and you may respond with an alternate class/workshop choice or request a refund. You are encouraged to invite a friend to ensure that your class/workshop runs!
