Although I was born in the 1980s my heart belongs in the 50s. I love vintage and mid-century everything, from the delicious look of atomic furniture to the magazine articles and illustrations. My basement is full of supplies, and my husband, can attest to the fact that I am always working on something new. My latest love is actually an old one... screen printing. I have loved that medium since undergrad, so much so that I went on to get my masters in printmaking. It all comes full circle, but instead of mid-century designs on paper, I am putting them on neckties, felt, and fabric.
