Thank you for applying to contribute artwork to the LUXe Party & Art Auction. The LUX art auction is Lincoln's most anticipated arts event of THE YEAR and its biggest annual fundraiser!

The auction will open for bidding several days prior to the in-person event and close the night of the event. Bidding will be available to anyone via the Handbid app and you do not have to be present to bid.This year's event date is Friday, April 21, 2023, 6-10PM at the Scottish Rite. For tickets and additional event details, please CLICK HERE.

If the LUX does not have a W9 on file for you, or your information has changed, CLICK HERE to access the form. You can fill it out online but it must also be downloaded, signed, dated and sent back to Haley Shaw via email, post, dropped off in person or shipped along with your work. All contact information will be supplied when the application is sumbitted.

This year we are only able to accept one piece or one set of pieces from each artist. You may submit up to three pieces for review.
Please provide a high quality image to ensure your generosity is noted in our promotional materials as well as represented accurately on the site. Any image is better than no image, however LUX staff will photograph artwork as it is received if we need a higher-quality image. If you need assistance please email haley@luxcenter.org as soon as possible.
Files must be less than 15 MB.
Allowed file types: gif jpg jpeg png tif psd pdf mov mp3.
This auction is the LUX's biggest fundraiser of the year, raising money for arts learning and engagement, our residency program, and exhibitions. We appreciate a full donation, but we understand that this is not possible for everyone. Artists making a full donation of a work with a retail value of $250 or more can attend the auction at no charge and bring a guest. Artists electing a percentage of the final sale may attend at no charge but guest tickets are not included or discounted.
Artists from outside the USA can ONLY be paid via PayPal. USA based artists can be paid via PayPal as well, if preferred. Please type the email, phone number, or user name you use with your PayPal account in the box above.
This form acts as your auction donation contract. Please sign and acknowledge that all information stated above is correct.
Please indicate if the LUX already has your W9 on file or you have submitted it with your application, it is forthcoming (e.g., via art work shipment), or you are not required to submit one or have supplied your PayPal details.
