I use art to experience things that aren’t real and lie deep within ourselves. I find our interior world can often be simultaneously disturbing, beautiful, and creative. I have been with the LUX as a fellow since March 2021. In May 2017, I received my BFA in drawing from UNL. I have continued with my passion for drawing and rekindled a love of ceramics. I am thankful to be a part of the LUX community because it has provided me an opportunity to work with art in a space with great people and a space to be inspired.
