ECHO Collective is a Lincoln-based nonprofit that connects and empowers refugee and immigrant women through opportunities for personal growth, entrepreneurship, creative expression, and community connection. ECHO creates spaces where New American women can share their skills and cultural traditions, develop new ones, build relationships, and find meaningful connections within their new community. Through programs such as The Refinery and Healing Hands, ECHO recognizes the knowledge and creativity women bring with them while creating opportunities for continued growth and belonging in Nebraska.

Healing Hands provides women who have completed The Refinery with opportunities to stay connected through creative and relational activities. The program includes textile-based gatherings and weaving opportunities that allow women to practice and share skills, connect with one another, and contribute their creativity to the broader community.
