Mary has a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Masters of Divinity in Practical Theology, Art and Spirituality. Her professional experience spans commercial illustration and toy design, to more than 15 years in the ministry—working with diverse inner city populations and the Native American community. 

From textiles to murals, Mary is an inveterate maker (and a passionate baker). Most known for her vibrant works on canvas, Mary’s “Heart and Soul” series was produced into greeting cards for Boulder’s Caravan International stationery company in the late 1990s. 

Her works have been featured in galleries nationwide, and her paintings and murals have been created for corporate and private clients alike. 

Currently Mary spends her time on private commissions and connecting with the community, through art workshops and gluten free baking.
