Artist Statement

My work focuses on the power of nature, its forces in constant motion and transformation, and its permanent relationship with the territory, establishing correspondences between the landscape and cultural identity. I am interested in representing the monumentality of natural environments, and at the same time revealing their own fragility in time, in the face of the permanent threat of human intervention.
