Join us at LUX on Friday, October 2 from 5–8 pm, for our October First Friday Celebration! Enjoy the fall vibes, art community, and
hands-on art opportunities.

Gaze: Jockstraps, Bunnies and the Divine by Larry Buller + Artist Talk
Join us in the East Gallery for the opening of Gaze: Jockstraps, Bunnies and the Divine by Larry Buller, whose work asks questions that matter: who gets a place at the table, whose stories are preserved, and what  do we decide is worthy of our attention, desire, and reverence? Larry Buller will give an Artist Talk at 6:30pm.

Clay Sculpture: A Student Art Exhibition
Opening in the T.C Community Gallery, Clay Sculpture: A Student Art Exhibition  features works created by students in Nathan Murray's Clay Sculpture class. A celebration not only of finished sculptures, but of the ongoing process of learning, discovery, and creative exchange that happens inside the studio.

Artist-in-Residence Open Studio Night
Meet our Artists in Residence David Kruk, José Galván Martínez, and Alex Renbarger as they open their studios for guests this First Friday. See what the LUX residents are currently working on and ask any questions you may have. Friday only: shop discount on select works by our Artists in Residence.
