Lincoln Modern Quilt Guild's Fall Exhibition
Lincoln Modern Quilt Guild's Fall Exhibition
Lincoln Modern Quilt Guild is pleased to share an exhibition of our quilts inspired by "Color Improvisations 3," recently exhibited at the International Quilt Museum. Lincoln Modern Quilt Guild members toured the exhibit and were given the challenge to design and make a quilt inspired by the exhibition. The original exhibition was curated by Ohio artist Nancy Crow who chose artists to attend a 2-week seminar to learn her techniques, then were to create works that used their own "voice." We hope you enjoy our exhibition!
Lincoln Modern Quilt Guild is an eclectic group of quilters celebrating 11 years since the formation of our guild in 2014. Our mission is to support and encourage the growth and development of modern quilting through art, education and our role in the community. We meet on the last Tuesday of the month (January to October), 5:30pm at the International Quilt Museum, 33rd & Holdrege. Join us!
