Biography
Rachel Donner grew up in northern New Mexico in the small town of Taos. Donner earned her Bachelor's degree in ceramics from the University of Northern Colorado in 2013. She has since been given multiple artist-in-residence opportunities and assistantships. Donner currently lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico where she works full time in her studio.
Artist Statement
Creating something out of clay is like healing a wound. My work is dictated by process and the sentimental experience of interacting with precious items on a daily basis.
