Unleash your creativity on the wheel in this hands-on class with Artist-in-Residence Stacy Larson. Explore the rich possibilities of stoneware as you learn to create a wide range of functional and sculptural pouring vessels—including teapots, pitchers, creamers, batter bowls, decanters, and other unique forms. Through engaging demonstrations and expert instruction, you'll develop wheel-throwing techniques while diving into the art of thoughtful design. Discussions will focus on the relationship between form, proportion, and volume—helping you craft pieces that pour beautifully and look stunning. Whether you're looking to refine your skills or explore new shapes and ideas, this course offers the perfect balance of technical challenge and creative inspiration.
