Oil Painting 2: Developing your Painting
Oil Painting 2: Developing your Painting
Build on your foundational skills and begin developing your own approach to oil painting. Students will work from personal references, combining observation and imagination to create a finished painting while focusing on composition, color relationships, and intentional decision-making. Artist in Residence Alex Renbarger will guide students through refining edges, exploring color temperature and harmony, and using brushwork and surface quality with intention, helping them strengthen their compositions and bring a painting to completion. Previous oil painting experience or completion of Oil Painting I is recommended. All materials are provided. This workshop is for Adults 16+.
Pre-registration required.
