In this workshop, Artist in Residence Alex Renbarger will help you transform a space of your choosing into an isometric drawing- a perspectival drawing method that allows all objects to rest consistently on the same angle.  Please bring an image of the space you wish to draw.  All materials provided.  No experience necessary.  This class is for ages 12+.

Learn the basics of needle felting by creating your own woodland creature. Artist in Residence Alex Renbarger will walk you through the entire process, from choosing your design to forming a simple circle-shaped base, and then adding any details you want to transform that base into a small animal by repeatedly stabbing different colors of wool into the form.  All materials are provided.  This Class is for students aged 12+

In this 2-week mini class, students will have the opportunity to learn the basics of perspectival drawing and line weight to create a simple line drawing of their home.  All skill levels are welcome.  Participants are invited to bring a reference photo of the home you would like to draw. In this 4-week class, students will learn the basics of linocut relief printmaking.  This beginner friendly medium is a favorite among all skill levels due to the ease or carving linoleum.  Students will create 1-2 relief prints in this course.  Please bring a reference image if desired. Painting, drawing, mixed media, and more! This camp is for ages 9-11. A fun and exciting way for young artists to experiment with a variety of materials while discovering the styles of famous artists throughout history. Each day, students will explore a different artist—such as Van Gogh, Picasso, Kahlo, or Monet—and learn new techniques inspired by their unique approaches to color, composition, and creativity. Campers will then apply what they’ve learned to create their own original masterpieces in a range of media.

This hands-on art camp for kids ages 5–8 turns young artists into storybook detectives! Each day, children will dive into fun, search-and-find books like I Spy and Where’s Waldo?, hunting for hidden details and secret clues. Inspired by what they discover, kids will create their own detective-themed art—drawings, paintings, collages, and even mysterious mini-scenes or secret codes. With imagination as their magnifying glass, every child will uncover the joy of storytelling, observation, and creative problem-solving!
