Morning Spring Break Camp Kids Storybook: Detail Detectives
Morning Spring Break Camp Kids Storybook: Detail Detectives
This hands-on art camp for kids ages 5–8 turns young artists into storybook detectives! Each day, children will dive into fun, search-and-find books like I Spy and Where’s Waldo?, hunting for hidden details and secret clues. Inspired by what they discover, kids will create their own detective-themed art—drawings, paintings, collages, and even mysterious mini-scenes or secret codes. With imagination as their magnifying glass, every child will uncover the joy of storytelling, observation, and creative problem-solving! Experienced students are welcome to join us and continue to improve their skills. All materials provided.
Note: LUX camps are offered for kindergarten graduates through students who are 15 years old. All campers must have completed kindergarten (no exceptions) prior to attending camp and must have basic classroom skills. Students must be at least 9 years old to learn the pottery wheel, and age 10 is even better, as the person throwing must be physically large enough to push the clay around. Please select camps based on your child's current age. Kids - Age 5-8 (must have completed Kindergarten), Youth - Age 9-11, and Teens - Age 12-15.
Pre-registration is required.
