Eco art, also known as environmental art, is a contemporary art form that explores and responds to ecological and environmental concerns. Teens ages 12-15 in this camp will explore various art techniques, including sculpture, assemblage, collage, painting, and drawing, while repurposing everyday discarded materials like plastic bottles and containers, packaging, recycled paper, glass, metal, egg cartons, wire and cardboard into unique sculptures. Students can also bring additional found objects, such as feathers, stones, and seashells, to incorporate into their creations.
