Two Artists, One Artwork: Collaborative Art
Two Artists, One Artwork: Collaborative Art
Create a shared artwork with another artist in this two-day workshop. On the first day, students will be paired with a partner (or may bring one) and guided through brainstorming exercises to explore their individual styles and develop a plan for a single, unified piece. The focus is on combining approaches in a way that feels cohesive rather than divided. On the second day, pairs will work together to bring their ideas to life, building and adjusting the work as they go. Artist in Residence Alex Renbarger will offer guidance throughout, encouraging communication, flexibility, and creative problem-solving. This workshop is all about trying new ideas, having fun, and enjoying the process of making art together. No experience necessary. All materials are provided. This class is for adults ages 16+.
Pre-registration required.
NOTE: An art class or workshop running is contingent on a minimum of 3 participants being enrolled 48 hours prior to the scheduled class/workshop. Cancellation notices will be emailed, and you may respond with an alternate class/workshop choice or request a refund. You’re encouraged to invite a friend to ensure that your class/workshop runs.
